Description
Clark County is soliciting construction bids for two scopes of work at Paradise Park. Scope 1 converts two tennis courts into eight pickleball courts and includes court leveling, LED sport lighting, a water fountain and bottle-filler replacement, shade structures, benches, perimeter and court fencing, windscreen replacement, concrete walkways and steps, and court resurfacing. Scope 2 converts an existing ball field into four dog runs with natural turf, drinking fountains, benches, chain-link fencing, mow curbs with a decomposed-granite buffer, shade structures, modified and new LED lighting, signage, waste stations, sidewalks, ADA paths, grading, site work, and irrigation modifications. The estimated costs are $337,772 for Scope 1 and $2,136,467.40 for Scope 2. This is a Nevada prevailing-wage public works project.
