Clark County is soliciting bids for a Nevada prevailing-wage public works project involving improvements to approximately one mile of Las Vegas Boulevard between Flamingo Road and Spring Mountain Road, plus approximately three-quarters of a mile of Flamingo Road between I-15 and Koval Lane. The estimated project cost is $81,127,930 to $89,667,712. The scope includes roadway milling and paving, UTACS, curb and gutter reconstruction, ADA-compliant sidewalks and ramps, median reconstruction, bus turnouts, pedestrian protection devices, street lighting and Smart poles, LED landscape-lighting conversion, landscaping and irrigation modifications, traffic-signal modifications at multiple intersections, utility adjustments, stormwater facilities, pavement markings, signing, power and communications installation, storm drains, and construction of a new waterline. All bids must use applicable Nevada prevailing-wage rates.
