RTC OF SOUTHERN NEVADA Request for Proposals RFP No. 27-065 Prioritization Process Pilot Program: Prioritizing Our Future. Proposals are due on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. The proposal documents may be obtained by downloading them from the NGEM website at no cost. Description
The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada is seeking a qualified firm to evaluate short- and long-range transportation plans and develop a Project Prioritization Toolkit for projects proposed within the Regional Transportation Plan and Transportation Improvement Program. The work includes stakeholder outreach, review of best practices, and development of an automated prioritization process to assess anticipated project benefits and impacts. The project is 100% federally funded. Proposers must submit the required federal conditions forms with signatures where indicated. The solicitation also requires a cover letter, staffing plan and team organization, qualifications and past performance, work plan, related knowledge and experience, pricing proposal, organizational conflict-of-interest statement, disclosure of ownership form, proprietary information log if applicable, current business license, and required electronic acknowledgments and company information in the procurement portal. The posting states that there is no pre-bid conference and no bid bond.
