Description
The General Services Administration is seeking a fully serviced lease for 1,800–2,500 ABOA square feet of warehouse space in the Reno/Sparks, Nevada, delineated area. The space must support secured interior storage and light maintenance of two vehicles up to 18 feet 9 inches long and 6 feet 9 inches wide, with room to maneuver, load, and unload. Requirements include approximately four interior parking spaces plus one maneuvering space, two adjacent unreserved parking spaces, a minimum 10-foot clear ceiling, a foundation supporting 25,000 pounds, one ground-level roll-up door at least 10 by 10 feet, and one man door. The facility must meet FSL Level 2 security requirements and pass internal security review. It must be in a low-threat area, away from foreign government agencies and foreign-owned businesses, and comply with fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability requirements. The property may not be in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain, and a fully serviced lease is required. The lease has a 12-year full term, including a 10-year firm term and a 5-year option term. Amendment 2 revised the delineated area and moved the offer deadline to October 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM Pacific Time; Amendment 1 also revised warehouse operating, HVAC, and temperature provisions.
