Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for a leased cell saver system, equipment maintenance, and credentialed auto-transfusionist services for intraoperative non-cardiac autotransfusion. The requirement includes disposable supplies such as bowl sets, reservoirs, and aspiration lines, with service provided on an as-needed basis for anticipated surgical cases and emergencies. The contractor must provide quality-assurance reports, procedural documentation, credentialing and competency records, equipment maintenance and replacement support, and a quality-assurance plan meeting applicable accreditation requirements. The solicitation identifies LivaNova Xtra ATS System or an equal system, and requires quotes to address technical capability, delivery, price, authorization from the original equipment manufacturer or an authorized distributor, and SDVOSB/VOSB status or proposed eligible subcontractors.
