Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requires one firm-fixed-price construction contract to install a mobile AquaLife BioStream BP25 electric fish pump at the Northeast Fishery Center. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision, including a 220-volt, three-phase, 50/60 Hz electrical circuit serving two fish culture buildings; conduit, wire, breakers, cord reels, waterproof boxes and receptacles, cord ends; and a 75-foot extension cord with appropriate cord ends. The work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local requirements and is scheduled for October 1 through November 15, 2026. Award will use a lowest-price technically acceptable approach, evaluating price and recent relevant experience. Offerors must provide information for at least two relevant projects completed within the last five years, including project descriptions, performance dates, contract amounts, relevance, role, and current owner/customer contact information.
