Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking one mobile air quality monitoring equipment shelter measuring 14 feet long by 8 feet wide by 8 feet high. The shelter must include an aluminum frame and skid runners, finished exterior and fiberglass-reinforced interior cladding, slip-resistant flooring and roof, R-25-equivalent insulation, a lockable insulated access door, exterior ladder and removable OSHA-compliant roof railing, an interior workbench, tie-down points, lifting-jack brackets, roof and wall penetrations, and an engineer-stamped anchoring plan with an approved Kentucky Industrialized Building System certificate. The shelter must include a 200-amp, 120/240-volt electrical system with circuit breakers, interior duplex outlets, an exterior GFI outlet, a meter socket and mast, and ceiling light fixtures. Environmental control must be provided by a one-ton wall-mounted air conditioner/heater with automatic thermostat switching and approved non-ozone-depleting refrigerant, maintaining 75 degrees Fahrenheit plus or minus 4 degrees across exterior temperatures from -30 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Pricing must include shipping, vendor offloading, and installation at the specified delivery location. The procurement is a one-time purchase, and bids are submitted electronically through the Commonwealth's eProcurement system.
