Description
The Michigan Bureau of State Lottery seeks two qualified independent contractors to record all Sunday midday and evening lottery drawings, plus other drawings not recorded by WDIV-TV, at WDIV-TV studios in Detroit, Michigan. The Lottery will provide the camera and accessories, while contractors are responsible for transportation and must be able to operate the equipment, work independently, and maintain current contact information for drawing personnel. The procurement will result in two separate three-year contracts: one for approximately 45 working days per year and one for approximately 25 working days per year. Contractors must be available for days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and at least two Sundays per month. Proposals must address the statement of work, vendor experience, availability, pricing, contract terms, and required confidentiality treatment materials. The State will evaluate technical proposals first and consider pricing for proposals receiving at least 80 technical points.
