Description
The City of Detroit is seeking one or more executive search firms to support its Talent Acquisition Division with regional or national searches for positions including deputy directors, department directors, the Executive Assistant to the Mayor, and executive management team roles. Services include sourcing active and passive candidates, developing a marketing plan, assessing candidates, and providing candidate names, contact information, and resumes for the City's consideration. Candidates will be hired directly by the City, and a replacement must be provided if a placed employee leaves within three months. Respondents must demonstrate at least five years of experience providing similar services. Proposals must address organizational experience, at least three relevant prior engagements from the last five years, the firm's search methodology and candidate assessment process, team qualifications, staffing capacity, project approach and schedule, and pricing by search level. The contract term is three years, with one or multiple firms potentially selected.
