Description
The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control is seeking a contractor to provide high-quality, timely translation and interpretation services to support licensing, compliance, educational, public information, legal, and other operational needs. Services include written translation of documents, forms, marketing materials, website content, and legal documents; live video interpretation for scheduled and on-demand sessions; audio translation, voice-over, transcription, and captioning; and visual translation involving signage, infographics, and video. Required language capabilities include Spanish, Traditional and Simplified Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog, and Punjabi, with support for additional languages as needed. The contract is for 36 months, with a proposed start date of January 1, 2027, or upon state approval, whichever is later, and an expected budget of $400,000.
