Description
The U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), requires legal representation and interpretation services for the National Qualified Representative Program (NQRP). This program provides direct legal representation to detained individuals in immigration proceedings who have been found incompetent to represent themselves. Services will be provided nationwide, including at detention facilities and immigration courts. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract with one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
