Description
Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District is soliciting proposals from multiple vendors to provide general services and supplies on an as-needed basis under a multi-year contractual agreement. The scope includes a broad range of services and supplies, and the solicitation expressly confirms that translation and interpreting services are included. Library books for classrooms are excluded, and no quantities are guaranteed. Vendors must disclose all fees for required items or services and other reimbursement arrangements. The contract is expected to run from Board award through June 30, 2026, with four additional one-year renewal periods, ending June 30, 2030. Proposals may be submitted electronically through the procurement portal or by paper bid; facsimile and email submissions are not permitted.
