Description
New Albany-Floyd County Consolidated School Corporation is soliciting sealed lump-sum bids from qualified prime contractors for replacement of one pool humidification unit with a split condenser and other work indicated in the contract documents. The procurement is for a prime contract covering all trades. Bids must include bid security equal to 5 percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a separate labor and material payment bond, and insurance in a form acceptable to the owner. Bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline, and bidders must be properly licensed for their respective trades.
