Description
The Transit Authority of River City is seeking a secure, configurable, and scalable human capital management system to replace its existing human resources, payroll, time and attendance, and related workforce management systems. Required functionality includes core HR, payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, recruiting and applicant tracking, performance and compensation management, leave and compliance management, learning management, reporting and analytics, and workforce data management. The selected contractor will provide implementation, data migration, system integrations, training, ongoing support, and maintenance. The submission must include the FTA Required Documents, Technical Proposal, W-9, red-lined contract, Requirements Matrix, and Exhibit A - Cost Proposal. The W-9 and solicitation exhibits are provided as supporting documentation; the portal indicates that supplier registration or login is required to download files and prepare a submission.
