Description
The Transit Authority of River City is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide armed and unarmed security guard services at designated TARC facilities. The scope includes 24/7 security coverage at the 10th Street Guard Shack; armed weekday coverage at Union Station and the 29th Street facility; perimeter patrols; access control; incident response; reporting; and related security services. The submission package must include the FTA Required Documents, Technical Proposal, W-9, red-lined contract, and Exhibit A - Cost Form. The solicitation identifies PDF submission requirements for these items and requires submission through the procurement portal.
