Submission Instructions
Description
Louisville Water Company is soliciting bids for various sizes of ductile iron water mains for purchase and delivery. Specifications are available through the designated web-based procurement portal. The contract will generally be awarded to a responsive bidder offering the lowest and best price, subject to the company’s right to determine its best interest and reject nonresponsive or otherwise unsuitable bids. Questions must be submitted through the web-based portal by the deadline shown there. Bids must be submitted digitally through the portal; submissions by other means are not accepted. Bids will be electronically unsealed and publicly read by conference call at the bid-submittal deadline.
