Description
The City of Louisville is seeking vendors to provide a portion of Metro Government's requirements for HVAC parts and supplies under a price contract. The listed commodity categories include HVAC equipment, accessories and supplies; refurbished HVAC products, parts and accessories; and HVAC supporting services. The submission requires Good Faith Effort documentation, Vendor Information, Acknowledgements and Preferences, a W-9, Ban the Box Compliance documentation, and a completed Price Sheet. A Company Profile may also be submitted as optional additional information. The solicitation documents include specifications and submission instructions, but the attached snapshot states that downloading them requires registration or login to the supplier network portal.
