Description
Louisville Metro Government Division of Fleet Services is soliciting repair services for Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep vehicles and related equipment assigned to its agencies. The scope includes engines, transmissions, drive systems, electrical systems, subsystems, and components, but excludes wreck repairs. Vendors must possess Chrysler certification for warranty work and related repairs, provide proof of certification, and employ at least four ASE-certified technicians. Repair facilities must be within a 25-mile radius of Fleet Services at 3515 Newburg Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218. The contractor must provide facility and staff information, three references for customers with similar fleet sizes, operating hours, available services, and required certifications and warranties. The contract is for one year from award, renewable for up to four additional one-year periods, with no guaranteed work. A minimum six-month/6,000-mile warranty on parts and labor is required.
