Description
Louisville Water Company is requesting bids for the demolition of two residential structures. The scope of work includes providing all labor, rigging, tools, equipment, and materials to demolish the structures, including all out-buildings, contents, cisterns, septic tanks, utilities, foundations, and associated facilities. The site must be restored and made ready for use in accordance with the Contract Documents, Plans, and Louisville Water Standard Specifications and Drawings. The project is located in Louisville, Kentucky. Bidders must be prequalified with Louisville Water Company in the categories of Heavy Construction - Underground Vault/Pressure Reducing Valves or Demolition, and the subcontractor must be prequalified in 1" & Smaller Water Services. The project manager's estimate for the contract is between $50,001 and $100,000. A bid bond is not required for this contract.
