Description
The Transit Authority of River City (TARC) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive cleaning, inspection, maintenance, minor repair, and support services for bus stops and shelters throughout TARC's service area. Services will include routine and on-demand work to maintain safe, clean, functional, and customer-ready transit facilities. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining all bus stop and shelter locations as detailed in the attached exhibits, including shelter locations and current bus stop inventory. The contract will also include a service level agreement and prevailing wage requirements.
