Description
Jefferson County is soliciting bids for repairs to the Lamont School House. The scope includes removal, refinishing, and replacement of oak flooring; structural repairs to floor joists and foundation as needed; and pressure washing and painting of the entire exterior. Interior painting of the HVAC room doors is also included. Lead paint testing and abatement for the exterior will be handled by the county if the budget allows for a full repaint.
