Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking fully functional upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscope systems on a brand-name-or-equal basis to Olympus equipment. The requirement includes video system centers, video colonoscopes, slim colonoscopes, gastroscopes, duodenoscopes, monitors, Provation interface cables, mini-converters, power supplies, and related accessories in the quantities specified in the Statement of Work. Proposed equipment must be the latest generation, FDA compliant, compatible with DICOM, HL7, Highland Middleware, Provation, and VA network requirements, and may be new or OEM/OEM-certified refurbished equipment. The contractor must provide FOB-destination delivery, installation, networking and interfacing, testing, software and licensing, data migration assistance if needed, warranty coverage, technical and clinical training, sterilization and reprocessing documentation, operator and technical manuals, and first-year support services. The support program must address repairs, replacements, loaners, shipping, software updates, and 24-hour phone support. This is an unrestricted, firm-fixed-price, one-time purchase order with no option years and a 90-day period of performance after receipt of order, or the contractor's proposed expedited timeline.
