Description
The University of Iowa is conducting a Request for Information regarding hardware and software solutions for fetal monitoring and data archiving for University of Iowa Health Care. The requested solution may include on-premises, cloud, or hybrid deployment; integration with Epic and fetal monitoring devices; centralized multi-room monitoring; real-time alarms; remote fetal surveillance; tracing export and archival; data retention and disaster recovery; reporting and analytics; identity management; cybersecurity; accessibility; and mobile or remote access capabilities. Suppliers are asked to provide solution details, pricing and fee structure, implementation and support information, three relevant client references, audited financial statements and annual reports for the prior two years, a completed UIHC HCIS IT Assessment, a completed Fetal Monitoring Features and Functionalities Workbook, responses to the Fetal Monitoring Desired Specifications, and a sample Terms of Use and License Terms agreement. This is an information-gathering process only; no award will be made, and a formal RFP may be issued later.
