Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotes for a turnkey MIM Software environment supporting advanced medical imaging, radiopharmaceutical therapy dosimetry, radiation oncology, quantitative analysis, and amyloid brain PET quantification. The requirement includes MIM platform and workflow software, Contour ProtégéAI, SPECTRA Quant, MIMneuro, SurePlan MRT, MIM Encore, MIM Assistant, electronic user-guide access, and related perpetual or subscription licenses. The contractor must provide all personnel, software, installation, configuration, integration, testing, documentation, training, and ongoing support. The requirement includes three implementation fees and three one-day on-site training sessions. The contract is firm-fixed-price, with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Quotes must include completed pricing, administrative materials, an authorized distributor letter if applicable, and a detailed technical capability narrative addressing the Statement of Work.
