Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue a sole-source purchase order to Abbott Laboratories for an annual Original Equipment Manufacturer service and technology maintenance plan supporting Abbott electrophysiology equipment. Covered systems include the EnSite X cardiac mapping system, Ampere generator, Cool Point pump, TactiSys Quartz, ViewMate Multi ultrasound system, ICE ultrasound probes, EP-4 cardiac stimulator, Workmate Claris system, and associated peripherals. The service plan includes preventive and corrective maintenance, onsite repairs within required response windows, 24/7 technical support, loaner equipment, software upgrades, expansion modules, commercially released hardware updates, peripheral and ICE probe coverage, overnight replacement-part shipping, remote diagnostics, and full-service entitlements.
