The U.S. Navy is soliciting firm-fixed-price evaluation, inspection, testing, repair, and packaging services for three CONTROL INDICATOR (CDU-7000) units, part number 822-1729-100, National Stock Number 5895-01-537-3657. The contractor must restore the government-furnished units to an operable condition, perform inspection and testing in accordance with applicable manufacturer specifications and drawings, and comply with the stated configuration-management, quality-assurance, preservation, packaging, packing, marking, and shipping requirements. The initial induction period is 365 calendar days from contract award, with a government option to extend it by an additional 365 days. Offerors must provide pricing for a maximum of 23 units over the entire contract period, including the initial quantity. The government may order any number of units up to the specified maximum. The solicitation also requires contractors to identify hazardous materials, when applicable, and provide associated safety data sheets and labels before award.
