Description
The State of West Virginia is soliciting bids for construction services to upgrade HVAC systems and replace or install ceilings at the Public Service Commission. The work includes furnishing labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation, and performing the work in accordance with the project specifications and plans. The project requires substantial completion within 230 days and final completion within 260 days after the notice to proceed.
