Description

The West Virginia Lottery Commission is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase and installation of conference room audiovisual equipment at its headquarters. The required equipment includes Crestron networked video, control, collaboration, and AirMedia components; PTZ cameras and ceiling mounts; Biamp audio processing and microphone expansion equipment; wireless, lavalier, and gooseneck microphones; a mobile rack; network switches; and rack-mounted uninterruptible power supplies. Vendors must provide all listed quantities and may propose equal products only with manufacturer part numbers, data sheets, and interoperability documentation. The vendor must furnish all materials, labor, and equipment for installation, reprogram the system for interoperability with existing Crestron Electronics and new Biamp products, and verify complete system operation before handover. A technician with official Crestron Electronics certification from Crestron Technical Institute must commission and support the Crestron system. The bid must use the provided Exhibit A pricing page; the award is intended for the lowest overall total cost meeting the specifications. Delivery for installation is required within 60 calendar days after receipt of a purchase order or notice to proceed.
