Description
The State of West Virginia General Services Division is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase of one commercial electric convection oven and one commercial electric steamer. The oven must be a double-deck unit with manual temperature and timing controls, at least five racks per deck, multiple fan speeds, viewing windows, interior lighting, stainless-steel construction, specified door features, a legged base, and a minimum one-year limited parts-and-labor warranty. The steamer must have at least two compartments, capacity for at least ten specified pans, stainless-steel components, independent compartment controls and generators, water-level and safety controls, insulated doors, adjustable legs, and a minimum one-year limited parts-and-labor warranty. Vendors must complete the attached pricing page for both items, including total pricing with shipping and freight. The contract will be awarded to the vendor offering compliant equipment at the lowest overall total cost. Items must be delivered within 14 working days after receipt of a purchase order or notice to proceed.
