Description
The Town of Parker is soliciting qualifications from professional consultants to establish one or more prequalified contracts for construction management and inspection services. Individual project task orders may include planning and preconstruction support, bidding assistance, construction administration, contractor schedule and pay-request review, field coordination, construction inspection, materials testing, progress reporting, project closeout, and preparation of as-built plan sets. Projects may involve roads, utilities, public infrastructure, and related improvements, with combined disciplines limited to $500,000 per project; projects exceeding that amount will be separately competed. Responses must address the firm's qualifications, available staff and resources, relevant personnel and subconsultants, current and projected workload, approach to the required services, and past performance. The response must include at least three recent governmental projects performed in Colorado with reference contacts, and must follow the required evaluation-criteria order. The qualifications response is limited to 25 pages on 8.5-by-11-inch pages, excluding rate sheets, and must be submitted as a PDF. The solicitation also requires completion of the electronic cover-sheet fields and acknowledgments of the general terms and insurance requirements. Contracts will be issued on a project-by-project basis, with future task orders negotiated among prequalified consultants.
