Description
The City of Harrisonburg is soliciting sealed proposals from professional consultant engineering firms to provide on-call professional engineering services on an as-needed basis under a basic task-ordering agreement. Offerors may propose on one, all, or any combination of the available scope-of-services groups for which they have an interest and capability. The procurement is structured as a competitive negotiation for professional services. The City may award contracts to multiple offerors within each scope group; subsequent project task orders will be available only to firms awarded a scope-of-services contract. Evaluation criteria for the scope contracts and project task orders are provided in the solicitation. Addenda 1 and 2 were issued.
