Description
Bergen Community College is soliciting qualification statements from firms capable of providing engineering services in one or more disciplines, including surveying, civil, traffic, fire alarm and protection, structural, mechanical, electrical, environmental, geotechnical, and related specialties. Services may include site analysis and planning; project-needs definition; schematic and preliminary design; plans, specifications, cost estimates, and project manuals; space planning; permit review and regulatory submissions; budget projections; bidding assistance; reports and bid documents; meetings; and correspondence support. Respondents must submit an executive summary, executed qualification and intent letters, organizational and ownership information, business and professional qualifications, licenses and registration documentation, experience and references, key personnel resumes, an understanding of the College's needs, subcontracting information, and required compliance certifications and forms. The College may qualify one or more respondents for future engineering assignments; this RFQ does not itself constitute an RFP or guarantee a contract.
