Description
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting qualifications and proposals from individuals or firms to serve as Medical Director for its Fire Department. The selected provider must demonstrate the professional, administrative, and financial capability to perform the required services, along with relevant qualifications, credentials, experience, personnel information, technical competence, and availability for scheduled public and special meetings. The proposal must include a qualification statement, at least three similar-project references including at least two municipalities, key personnel credentials and responsibilities, servicing-office information, understanding of the requested work, experience and qualifications, professional certifications, and compensation and fee schedules. Evaluation will consider qualifications, experience, references, technical and management capabilities, cost, and financial resources. The contract term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027.
