Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting onsite, non-personal dermatology physician services for eligible beneficiaries of the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System. The contractor must provide at least two key personnel, with at least one board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist available onsite during clinic hours. Services include clinical dermatology, diagnosis and treatment of skin disease, skin biopsies, dermatologic surgical procedures excluding Mohs surgery, postoperative rounds, consultative services, medical-record documentation, quality-improvement activities, and patient-safety reporting. Physicians must maintain appropriate medical licenses, dermatology board certification or eligibility, BLS and ACLS certification or equivalent, credentialing and privileging approval, required training, and applicable health, immunization, DEA, NPI, privacy, and security documentation. The solicitation requires a management approach, provider CVs and experience evidence, three similar past-performance references, pricing for five one-year ordering periods, and specified certifications and insurance documentation. The contract is a five-year fixed-price IDIQ arrangement with a $1,000 guaranteed minimum and a $3,500,000 ceiling, plus a possible six-month service extension.
