Description
The Virginia Department of Labor and Industry is soliciting professional medical services for VOSH and Boiler employees. The scope requires annual physical examinations for qualified employees in accordance with the Virginia Occupational Safety and Health Program Directive 08-005A. The solicitation includes a vendor data sheet, State Corporation Commission form, standard Commonwealth of Virginia contract, and pricing schedule. Responses must be submitted on paper. The opportunity is reserved as a Small Business Set-Aside.
