New Mexico Health Care Authority Request for Proposal Number: 27-630-8000-0008 TITLE: REQUEST FOR PRO- POSAL: Primary Care Payment Reform Project Management Request for Proposals PURPOSE: The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of comprehensive project management and pro- gram support services for the New Mexico Medicaid Primary Care Payment Reform (PCPR) Value-Based Payment Pro- gram, including project man- agement, program administra- tion, stakeholder engagement, technical assistance, perform- ance monitoring, reporting, and implementation support. Description
The New Mexico Health Care Authority is soliciting proposals for comprehensive project management and program support services for its Medicaid Primary Care Payment Reform Value-Based Payment Program. The contractor will support program implementation, administration, stakeholder engagement, provider recruitment and technical assistance, program operations, evaluation, continuous quality improvement, strategic planning, reporting, and coordination among the Authority, managed care organizations, providers, Tribal partners, and other stakeholders. Required deliverables include annual work plans, weekly executive summaries, monthly status reports, executive briefing materials, meeting agendas and notes, action-item and risk registers, communications materials, stakeholder engagement and provider recruitment plans, conference and workshop plans and summaries, an annual program evaluation report, and a transition-out plan. The initial contract term is one year, with three additional one-year renewal options. This procurement will result in a single award.
