Description
The City of Albuquerque Solid Waste Department is requesting proposals from qualified entities to build or modernize and operate a state-of-the-art materials recovery facility. The facility will process recyclable materials collected commingled by the City and market them as commodities. The selected contractor will be responsible for the design, construction, and operation of the facility, as well as the marketing of recovered materials.
