Description
Integral Care is soliciting proposals for a full-outsourcing model covering primary responsibility for its existing Texas Class A closed-door community pharmacy. The selected operator must provide pharmacists, technicians, management, relief staffing, medication inventory management, pharmacy software and integration with the Netsmart electronic health record, payer enrollment and credentialing, billing and revenue-cycle operations, regulatory compliance, data security, reporting, and transition support. The pharmacy averages approximately 40 prescriptions per day and must continue operating from Integral Care’s existing Austin facility while maintaining uninterrupted medication access and continuity of services. Proposals must address the operating model, staffing, pharmacy workflow, client access, financial sustainability, implementation, risk management, billing, technology, data security, and regulatory compliance. The proposer must submit a single PDF proposal by email and also provide the completed Attachment D rate sheet in native Excel format. The anticipated contract term is one year with up to three additional one-year renewal options; proposers must provide a transition plan capable of achieving safe operational transition within approximately six months.
