Description
The University of Texas System Supply Chain Alliance is soliciting one or more preferred suppliers for an Enterprise Research Administration platform to serve its members and affiliates. The opportunity is categorized under analytical or scientific software. Proposals must include completed pricing and execution forms, the HUB commitment and Texas subcontracting plan, proposed prices, a proposer survey, W-9, sample certificate of insurance, electronic information resources and IT security questionnaires, and applicable software license terms and conditions. Proposers must also submit either letters stating that no changes are requested or tracked-change redlines for the sample preferred supplier agreement, scope of work, and pricing terms.
