Description
The Texas Department of Transportation is requesting construction engineering and inspection services for two highway projects: widening SH 130 from IH-35 to RM 685, and widening and restriping SH 45 eastbound from A.W. Grimes Boulevard to SH 130. The response is due September 22, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. and must be submitted electronically through the procurement portal. Required materials include a proposal file in PDF format, a completed Cover Page (Q-36BF) response template, a Project Team Composition Form covering Parts 1, 2, and 3, and Subprovider Contact Information. The Cover Page template must be downloaded through the portal.
