Description
Integral Care seeks a qualified laboratory services provider to deliver comprehensive clinical laboratory testing and on-site specimen collection supporting behavioral health services across its programs. Services must support diagnostic evaluation, medication management, crisis stabilization, substance use treatment, and ongoing clinical decision-making, with reliable routine turnaround times and flexibility for stat, rapid, and other expedited testing when clinically indicated. Required services include routine blood panels, CBC, hemoglobin A1C, lipid panels, comprehensive metabolic panels, hematology, endocrine and thyroid testing, therapeutic drug monitoring for lithium, valproic acid, and clozapine, urinalysis, urine toxicology and drug screening, infectious disease testing, STI testing, HIV and hepatitis screening, tuberculosis testing, and other medically necessary laboratory diagnostics. Proposers should demonstrate operational capacity to support high-volume testing and describe available expedited testing options and associated turnaround times.
