Description
This solicitation seeks bids for the provision of Ultra-Low Sulfur (ULS) Diesel and Biodiesel fuel for on-road use. The fuel will be furnished, delivered, and unloaded by the contractor. Contracts will be awarded on an item basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. There are specific Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) participation goals for certain counties, ranging from 0% to 10% for MBE and 0% to 10% for WBE. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals are 0.00% for this solicitation. An Intent to Bid is required, with specific documents and a due date outlined in the solicitation.
