Description
The New York Office of General Services (OGS), on behalf of the Division of Military and Naval Affairs, is seeking bids for construction work to provide a National Guard Division Headquarters. The project is located at Heritage Lane Division HQ, 780 Watervliet Shaker Rd., Albany, NY. The estimated contract value is between $110,000,000 and $120,000,000. A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) is required, and bidders must submit form BDC 59P. Performance and Labor and Material Bonds are required, each for 100% of the contract amount. Bidders must adhere to restrictions on communications during the procurement process as outlined in State Finance Law §§ 139-j and 139-k. OGS has established goals for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) participation of 15% each, and a 6% goal for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB).
