Description
The New York State Police (NYSP) is soliciting bids for the procurement and installation of audio visual equipment for the CVEU Classroom at the NYSP Academy in Albany, NY. The project involves furnishing, installing, configuring, testing, documenting, training, warranting, and supporting a complete, fully operational AV system in accordance with detailed design documents. The scope of work includes the removal of existing AV equipment, installation of new AV systems including Cisco collaboration endpoints, Q-SYS audio processing, document cameras, projectors, displays, and recording appliances. The contract will be for a one-year term, with an estimated start date of July 15, 2026. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit and adhere to strict submission deadlines and procedures.
