Description
The Capital Region Transportation Council (CRTC), a Metropolitan Planning Organization serving Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, and Schenectady Counties in New York, is seeking proposals for comprehensive Information Technology Managed Services and Operational Support. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing on-site and off-site IT support to the CRTC's staff of up to fourteen individuals. Services required include 24/7 monitoring, preventative maintenance, help desk support, cybersecurity, strategic IT consulting, infrastructure management, and daily operational support. The vendor must also provide a minimum of ten hours of on-site support per week. Proposals should include a fixed monthly fee for a twelve-month period, with options for three additional annual renewals. Responses must also include a cover letter, detailed scope of work, relevant experience, and a project management plan.
