Description
Cordova Recreation and Park District is requesting proposals from qualified food concession contractors to upgrade and operate the food and beverage snack bar at Mather Sports Complex. The contractor must provide all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, tools, and specialized services; furnish, install, repair, and maintain necessary equipment; sell over-the-counter and hot food items; and clean and maintain the concession area. The concession must operate at least every Saturday and Sunday throughout the year, with additional operating times negotiated around facility programming. The contractor must obtain all required food-service permits and licenses, comply with applicable federal, state, local, and health regulations, and maintain required insurance. The solicitation includes a buyer-provided concessionaire certification form requiring proposed menu items, qualifications, experience and certifications, two references, and proposed compensation to the District, either as a flat monthly amount or a percentage of gross monthly sales.
