Description
The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified parties to lease and operate the approximately 2,175-square-foot food and beverage concession in the commercial terminal at Pangborn Memorial Airport. The space includes a commercial kitchen, service counter, customer seating area, and existing commercial kitchen equipment and furnishings. The successful proposer will operate a public-facing food and beverage business serving airport passengers, employees, nearby businesses and workers, local residents, and visitors. Potential uses include a café, coffee shop, bakery, sandwich shop, grab-and-go market, breakfast and lunch service, catering, delivery, and other complementary food-service operations.
