Description
Pearland Independent School District is soliciting restaurants, caterers, food delivery providers, and mobile food service vendors under an all-award, multiple-vendor solicitation. Vendors must submit pricing, a list of goods or services offered, and all required bid documentation. Compliant vendors may be awarded incrementally during the open period, subject to district approval; award does not guarantee business volume. The initial contract term is three years, ending June 30, 2029. Responses will be opened and evaluated monthly. Vendors already awarded under Cycle 2 do not need to respond. The solicitation identifies food and beverage products and services, including catering, concessions, grocery items, ready-to-eat foods, and related food equipment and supplies.
