Description
Teton County Parks and Recreation is seeking a concessionaire to operate a temporary food facility at the Teton County/Jackson Community Recreation Center. The selected contractor must provide healthy food and beverage options for approximately 300 daily patrons, with weekday service from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; additional hours may be proposed. The concessionaire will also receive the opportunity to provide service at Parks and Recreation community special events, subject to notice and the County's capacity needs. The contractor is responsible for all equipment and supplies, including point-of-sale technology, storage containers, and service items; adequate staffing by personnel with current food-handler certifications; food-vendor licensing through the Teton County Health Department; and compliance with County garbage, recycling, and composting policies. Proposals must include a cover letter, business overview and approach, facility schedule and visual concept, operations plan, menu and pricing, personnel qualifications and contractor experience, and references for similar services performed within the last three years. The proposal must include a revenue-share percentage, with annual payments to the County of at least $4,800. The contract is effective for up to one year from commencement, with a stated contract start date of November 18, 2026.
