Description
The University of Wisconsin System Administration is soliciting proposals for comprehensive dining services at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, University of Wisconsin-River Falls, and University of Wisconsin-Superior. The scope includes residential meal-plan dining, retail dining venues, catering, convenience stores, snack and beverage vending, summer camps and conferences, satellite locations, and malt liquor and alcoholic beverage services. The contractor will provide day-to-day operations, staffing, menus, food and supplies, nutrition and allergen accommodations, scratch bakery operations where required, sustainability and local purchasing programs, marketing, technology and point-of-sale support, sanitation, catering, and continuous program improvement. Proposals must address extensive campus-specific program requirements and include financial, operational, staffing, management, menu, sustainability, technology, and cost information for all four institutions.
